To confirm your appointment or workshop, you have the option to pay either the full amount or a deposit. Please take note that booking deposits are non-refundable. Seven days prior to your appointment or workshop, we kindly request the remaining balance be settled. If you'd like to extend your consultation or workshop, arrangements can be made at an additional rate. Any additional travel expenses will be integrated into your final invoice, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience that caters to your unique style and personal brand requirements, whether for individuals or corporate workshops. Cancellation PolicyIf you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you must cancel the appointment at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. At that point, we will reimburse the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Can I book more than one serviceCertainly. Clients who choose to book multiple services usually have a strong commitment to rejuvenating their personal brand, seeking expert consultation, and enhancing their style for increased confidence and professional achievement. You have the flexibility to choose the services that pique your interest when making a booking. Please note that appointments will be scheduled sequentially to accommodate your preferences.

National and International ClientsFor national services within the UK, excluding London, clients will be responsible for covering the travel expenses. BYICON primarily provides online appointments, including workshops and virtual tutorials, for clients located outside the UK. However, starting from Q4 2023, we will introduce in-person services, and the cost of travel will either be borne by the client or included in the final invoice. New Client Booking or ConsultationFor all new client consultations, there is a charge of £100. This fee is non-refundable but can be utilised as credit towards your initial consultation or any individual appointments (excluding courses or workshops).

Do you offer group services or corporate sessions?Our group courses and workshops are custom-designed to align with your group's specific objectives and the occasion at hand. Our group services encompass a wide spectrum, ranging from corporate settings, such as fashion consultations for your business, to coaching, and much more. Where do your consultancy services take place? Can a session be completed virtually?For clients residing in London, we offer in-person services. However, if you are located outside of London or prefer the convenience of an online session, we can easily arrange for the service to be conducted virtually. In-person personal shopping services typically take place in central London, and we will confirm the specific location with you as the appointment date approaches.
